Challenge Rules and Release

Legalities...

Challenges will take place bi-weekly; they will take place every other Friday and end on Wednesday @ 2pm (PT).   Unless you are on our Design Team, you don't need to use Spiced Sunshine Stamps or Digi Digi Doodle digis to play along, but we love it when you do! 

The DT will pick the “top three” and also a random “Super Crafty” winner.   “Top three” will receive a badge to place on your blog!  The “Super Crafty” winner receives their choice of either a 3-month BMC Crafting Club membership or a sample stamp set from Spiced Sunshine Stamps (winner pays s/h) and a badge for your blog!  You may enter up to two creations, because we love to see your creativity shine! We do ask that you link back to our challenge in your blog post, and that your post is NOT backdated on your blog. We reserve the right to remove your entry if you do not follow these rules. Children under 18 may NOT participate in our challenge. Challenge void where prohibited by law.

By entering the bi-weekly challenges you are agreeing to these terms and conditions that follow:

I do hereby consent and agree that Blue Moon Creation Crafting Station can use the image(s) of any cards or other items I have crafted and submitted as my own, from the date my image is submitted until I have notified them at bluemooncreation@att.net that they can no longer use my image(s).

 BMC Crafting Station can use the image(s) in its blog, Facebook Pages (Spiced Sunshine Stamps, Digi Digi Doodle, and BMC Crafting Station), websites, and any other future means of communication and in any advertising or promotion. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. The level of identification will be dictated by what is provided when I submit my entry for the challenge, and can be changed at any time by notification.

I do hereby release to Blue Moon Creation all rights to exhibit my work in print and electronic form publicly or privately for advertising purposes. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media is used.

Once again, by linking up in the challenge, you are agreeing to these challenge rules.  These rules are subject to change.
